Cadwalader Adds Lawyer To Patent Practice

Law360, New York (February 13, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- In order to jumpstart the firm’s patent infringement litigation practice, Cadwalader Wichersham & Taft LLP has hired attorney James T. Bailey to man a new team of patent litigation and counseling lawyers.

Bailey, a former partner at Kirkland & Ellis LLP, has joined the firm as special counsel in its litigation department and will be based out of New York.

“We’re thrilled that he’s joined us,” said Gregory A. Markel, chairman of Cadwalader’s litigation department.
