Law360, New York (August 06, 2010, 2:22 PM ET) -- A federal appeals court has ruled that EchoStar Satellite Corp. must fork over $18 million in attorneys’ fees to NDS Group PLC, deeming NDS the prevailing party in a suit in which a jury cleared the digital rights management company of mass piracy but found it liable for a technical violation.
