Law360, New York (August 11, 2010, 1:09 PM ET) -- UTStarcom Inc. has become the latest defendant to reach a settlement in Canadian licensing company Wi-LAN Inc.'s infringement suit over to two patents for wireless technology.
The confidential settlement, which Wi-LAN announced Wednesday in a statement, resolves all claims between the plaintiff and Alameda, Calif.-based telecommunications equipment maker UTStarcom in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.
