Law360, New York (February 15, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- A judge has dismissed claims by a U.S. technology company that Toyota Motor Corp. stole its hybrid power system for the car giant’s green-friendly vehicles.
Making his final determination this week, Administrative Law Judge Paul Luckern found the technology that power’s Toyota’s Prius and Highlander cars did not infringe on a patent by Florida-base Solomon Technologies.
