Microsoft, GM Back Cisco On Patent Indefiniteness

Law360, New York (August 19, 2010, 12:50 PM ET) -- Microsoft Corp. and General Motors LLC have thrown their weight behind Cisco Systems Inc.'s request for an en banc review by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit on the question of whether judges or juries should decide the common patent invalidity defense of indefiniteness.
