Fed. Circ. Affirms Dismissal Of Google AdWords IP Suit

Law360, New York (September 01, 2010, 1:54 PM ET) -- A federal appeals court has upheld the dismissal of an inventor’s lawsuit alleging Google Inc.’s AdWords system infringed his patent.

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit on Tuesday said the lower court was correct in tossing the case for failure to state a claim, rejecting Roger Marx Desenberg's argument that his constitutional rights had been violated.
