Alcatel Eludes Ciena's Trade Secrets Claim

Law360, New York (September 01, 2010, 5:45 PM ET) -- Alcatel-Lucent USA Inc. has won its bid to nix trade secrets claims from a breach of contract suit brought by rival Ciena Communications Inc. over Alcatel's hiring of a former Ciena employee who had been responsible for managing accounts with AT&T Corp.
