3 IP Groups Are Tops For In-House Counsel

Law360, New York (September 07, 2010, 6:04 PM ET) -- When corporate counsel are facing a daunting intellectual property litigation matter, there are three firms they most want to have on their side, according to a new survey.

For its Litigation Outlook 2011 report, The BTI Consulting Group Inc. (Wellesley, Mass.) surveyed corporate counsel about which firms they feel are best suited to helping them with IP litigation. Fish & Richardson PC, Howrey LLP and Kirkland & Ellis LLP were mentioned more often than any others, earning them BTI's title of IP “litigation powerhouses.”
