Court Denies Latest Appeal In Lennon Video Dispute

Law360, New York (September 02, 2010, 2:05 PM ET) -- A video company that sued Yoko Ono over the rights to stolen videos of John Lennon has lost its bid to vacate a ruling handing ownership to the late rock legend's widow despite claims that its attorney's depression precluded a timely appeal.
