T-Mobile Exits Dicam Cell Phone Patent Suit
Law360, New York (September 07, 2010, 3:40 PM ET) -- Dicam Inc. has agreed to drop T-Mobile USA Inc. from a patent infringement suit against Sprint Nextel Corp., Sanyo North America Corp. and other cell phone companies over a personal security system.
Judge James P. Jones of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Virginia signed off Friday on an order dismissing all claims between Dicam and T-Mobile with prejudice, “consistent with an underlying agreement” between the parties.
