Eminem's Label Wins Appeal Of Digital Royalties Loss

Law360, New York (September 07, 2010, 7:33 PM ET) -- A federal appeals court has overturned a win for UMG Recording Inc. in a royalties dispute with rapper Eminem's former production company, finding that licensing songs to online sellers for resale should be considered the same as the licensing a song to a television show.
