Law360, New York (September 07, 2010, 4:03 PM ET) -- A federal appeals court has ruled that the National Football League’s Baltimore Ravens cannot completely hide behind a fair use defense in a suit brought by the designer of their original logo, who claims the team has been unlawfully profiting from their unauthorized copying of his image.
