Sandoz Can't Escape Teva's Copaxone Patent Suit
Law360, New York (September 08, 2010, 5:53 PM ET) -- Sandoz Inc. and Momenta Pharmaceuticals Inc. have lost their bid to upend Teva Pharmaceuticals USA Inc.'s suit accusing the generic-drug makers of infringing several patents in their effort to manufacture a copycat version of multiple sclerosis drug Copaxone.
