Fed. Circ. Revives Synthetic Mulch Patent

Law360, New York (September 08, 2010, 4:52 PM ET) -- A federal appeals court has overturned a decision that Green Edge Enterprises LLC's synthetic mulch patent is invalid for violation of the best mode requirement.

A three-judge panel in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit on Tuesday ruled that the district court erred by invalidating the patent-in-suit, and remanded the matter for further proceedings.
