Bilski Decision Kills Vraston's Suit Over Trading Patent

Law360, New York (September 08, 2010, 2:39 PM ET) -- A federal judge has dismissed Vraston Trading Inc.'s suit against several major stock exchanges over a patent covering the trading of exchange-traded funds, saying the patent is not enforceable in light of the U.S. Supreme Court's decision in Bilski v. Kappos.
