Law360, New York (September 22, 2010, 3:53 PM ET) -- A federal judge has refused to dismiss a video game designer's suit claiming a game on Facebook infringes the copyright of one of his creations, shooting down the website's argument that the designer had failed to prosecute the case.
U.S. Judge William Alsup of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California ruled on Tuesday that plaintiff Daniel M. Miller had complied with an order to serve Facebook's co-defendant Yao Wei Yeo with a complaint by July 30.
