Law360, New York (October 14, 2010, 4:24 PM ET) -- A federal judge has signed off on a motion to dismiss data storage and networking company Super Micro Computer Inc. from Acqis LLC's suit accusing a number of technology companies of infringing its blade server patents.
Few details were given about the dismissal, approved Tuesday by Judge Leonard Davis in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, except that each side would bear its own costs and expenses.
Requests for comment about the dismissal were not immediately returned on Thursday.
