Law360, New York (October 18, 2010, 5:24 PM ET) -- Internet Machines LLC has accused a slew of retailers and technology companies — including Best Buy Co. Inc. and Samsung Electronics America Inc. — of infringing three patents related to high-speed computer expansion card connections.
Internet Machines filed suit Sunday in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, seeking a permanent injunction and enhanced damages.
