Colgate Fires Back In GSK's Toothpaste IP Suit

Law360, New York (October 19, 2010, 1:45 PM ET) -- Colgate-Palmolive Co. has struck back in a trademark dispute with rival toothpaste maker GlaxoSmithKline LLC, alleging in counterclaims that a marketing phrase and the image of a striped glob of toothpaste don’t infringe a pair of GSK trademarks.
