Fed. Circ. Shuts Down A123 Bid To Nix Battery Patents

Law360, New York (November 11, 2010, 4:16 PM ET) -- The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit has nixed lithium ion battery maker A123 Systems Inc.'s bid to reopen its case seeking to have two patents licensed to Hydro-Quebec declared invalid.
