Fed. Circ. Remands Prosthetics Patent Suit

Law360, New York (January 04, 2011, 8:04 PM ET) -- The Federal Circuit has sent prosthetics maker The Ohio Willow Wood Co.'s patent infringement suit against rival Thermo-Ply Inc. back to a district court, following a settlement deal struck by the feuding companies.
