Law360, New York (January 10, 2011, 1:20 PM ET) -- An administrative law judge with the U.S. International Trade Commission has rejected Cablevision Systems Corp.'s bid for a finding that its products don't infringe two patents asserted in Verizon Communications Inc.'s Section 337 case over television set-top boxes.
Judge E. James Gildea signed off on an order, made public on Friday, denying Cablevision's Nov. 5 motion for a summary determination of non-infringement, which took aim at two Verizon patents related to TV set-top boxes with interactive programming guides.
