Law360, New York (January 18, 2011, 8:17 PM ET) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission has issued a general exclusion order barring all importation of products that infringe four ink-jet patents held by Hewlett-Packard Co., officially ending a Section 337 probe against a slew of Asian and U.S. entities.
The order stems from the ITC's decision not to review the initial determination by the administrative law judge in the case, which was reached in August and made public for the first time Thursday.
