Law360, New York (January 21, 2011, 12:41 PM ET) -- Texas IP Research LLC has slapped Chemtura Corp. and Makhteshim Agan Industries Ltd. with a false patent marking suit over Rimon insecticide products.
Texas IP Research filed its complaint on Thursday in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, naming Chemtura, Israel-based Makhteshim Agan and two Makhteshim Agan subsidiaries as defendants.
