Ricoh Infringed Coding Tech IP: Patent Co.

Law360, New York (January 26, 2011, 6:48 PM ET) -- A Texas-based patent licensing company has accused Ricoh Co. Ltd. of infringing a patent for digital coding technology through its marketing of digital cameras and other products.

Princeton Digital Image Corp. hit Ricoh with an infringement suit Wednesday in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, alleging various Ricoh-made cameras, copiers, scanners and multifunction products tread on claims in one of its patents.
