Law360, New York (February 03, 2011, 2:30 PM ET) -- The Senate Judiciary Committee on Thursday gave its near-unanimous backing to the latest iteration of legislation designed to overhaul the U.S. patenting system, giving supporters tentative hope that the third time will be a charm for the long-delayed bill.
