Law360, New York (February 17, 2011, 3:33 PM ET) -- Panasonic Corp. and Freescale Semiconductor Inc. have reached a global settlement of a patent infringement dispute that spanned across two U.S. district courts, a Japanese court and the U.S. International Trade Commission.
The parties filed joint motions to dismiss with prejudice on Tuesday and Wednesday in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey and the other jurisdictions.
