Law360, New York (February 18, 2011, 4:52 PM ET) -- Chip maker CSR PLC has agreed to license Wi-LAN Inc.'s patent portfolio in order to settle infringement claims over Bluetooth technology, marking the latest in a rash of licensing agreements for the plaintiff.
As part of the parties' memorandum of understanding, all litigation between them in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas will be dismissed, Wi-LAN announced Friday.
