Law360, New York (February 24, 2011, 4:57 PM ET) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission decided Wednesday to review whether an administrative law judge erred in finding that Garmin Corp.'s GPS products did not infringe two patents owned by Pioneer Corp.
The ITC gave notice that it would review certain parts of the final initial determination issued Dec. 16 by the ALJ, who found that Garmin and its U.S. subsidiary Garmin International Inc. had not violated Section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930.
