Law360, New York (March 07, 2011, 8:23 PM ET) -- Medical device company AmniSure International LLC announced Friday that Germany's highest court upheld the invalidation of Medix Biochemica's patent for a testing procedure to diagnose ruptured fetal membranes, ending the parties' long-running infringement dispute.
