Law360, New York (March 09, 2011, 3:19 PM ET) -- Tele-Publishing Inc. and several other companies must face patent infringement claims made by Facebook Inc. after a federal judge in Massachusetts Tuesday rebuffed their attempts to escape the social network's lawsuit.
Judge Douglas P. Woodlock of the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts denied separate dismissal motions filed by Tele-Publishing and Phoenix Media/Communications Group Inc., which had also challenged the case on behalf of related companies People2People Group Inc. and FNX Broadcasting LLC.
