Law360, New York (April 07, 2011, 6:19 PM ET) -- Video analytics software developer ObjectVideo Inc. launched a suit in Virginia on Wednesday accusing Sony Corp., Samsung Group and Robert Bosch GmbH of infringing four patents covering methods for processing and analyzing video data.
The defendants and their U.S. subsidiaries sell a variety of cameras containing software features and functions that infringe ObjectVideo's patented video analytics technology, according to a complaint filed in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.
