Law360, New York (April 07, 2011, 4:55 PM ET) -- Alcon Pharmaceuticals Ltd. sued Watson Laboratories Inc. in Delaware on Thursday over its move to sell a generic version of Vigamox, the latest move in the Swiss drugmaker's battle to protect its patents on the blockbuster anti-bacterial eye drop.
