Law360, New York (April 21, 2011, 9:05 PM ET) -- Callaway Golf Co. failed to score a new trial Thursday after a Delaware federal judge backed a jury's finding that Titleist ProV1 golf ball manufacturer Acushnet Co. had not infringed four patents, entering a final judgment in Acushnet's favor.
