Atwater Sues Ericsson, Nokia, Others Over Networking IP

Law360, New York (May 03, 2011, 5:19 PM ET) -- Atwater Partners of Texas LLC hit Ericsson Inc., Nokia Siemens Networks USA LLC and several others with a lawsuit in Delaware on Monday, accusing the companies of infringing its digital networking patent.

Atwater's suit accuses the companies of selling DSL and Ethernet products that infringe U.S. Patent Number 6,490,296, issued in 2002 and titled “Multi-link segmentation and reassembly for bonding multiple PVCs in an inverse multiplexing arrangement."
