Law360, New York (May 09, 2011, 3:38 PM ET) -- Adidas AG accused Lands' End Inc. in Oregon federal court Thursday of infringing its trademarked triple-stripe design by intentionally mimicking the German sportswear giant's famous logo on its own sneakers.
Adidas' latest lawsuit seeking to protect its three-stripe mark claims that the Dodgeville, Wis.-based clothing company was well aware of the trademark when it began selling sneakers using allegedly similar designs.
