Law360, New York (May 23, 2011, 4:16 PM ET) -- A U.S. International Trade Commission judge ruled Friday that cable company Cablevision Systems Corp. was infringing a Verizon Communications Inc. patent on set-top boxes, though he found no violation of import laws with respect to four other Verizon patents.
Cablevision spokesman Jim Maiella called the decision a “significant victory” for his company.
