Law360, New York (June 07, 2011, 8:01 PM ET) -- Yahoo Inc. asked a Texas federal court Monday to order Bedrock Computer Technologies LLC to pick up the bill for legal fees following the Internet giant's win in an infringement suit over a Linux storage patent.
In its motion for attorneys' fees, Yahoo said Bedrock's failed lawsuit could have cost the company $100 million in damages had a jury not ruled in its favor in May.
