Law360, New York (June 16, 2011, 7:30 PM ET) -- A songwriter who claims he co-authored and co-produced four songs performed by pop sensation Lady Gaga filed a lawsuit in New York federal court on Wednesday accusing his collaborator of failing to credit him for the tracks.
Calvin Gaines filed a complaint claiming that Rob Fusari and his production company Rob Fusari Productions LLC deprived him of over $1 million in income by denying him proper credit for the Lady Gaga songs on which he worked.
