Law360, New York (May 24, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- A Texas company brought a patent suit against Dell Inc. Wednesday, claiming the computer manufacturers’ products infringe a parental control patent.
In a complaint filed in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, patent holder Digital Choice of Texas LLC alleged that Dell’s products infringed its patent for a stored media screening device used as part of parental controls on media players like DVD players.
