Law360, New York (June 30, 2011, 3:31 PM ET) -- Video analytics software developer ObjectVideo Inc. has sued Sony Corp., Samsung Group and Robert Bosch GmbH in the U.S. International Trade Commission, alleging infringement of patents for processing and analyzing video data, the agency said Thursday.
The ITC complaint, which was not immediately available, comes nearly three months after ObjectVideo sued the same companies over the same technology in a Virginia federal court.
