Law360, San Diego (July 29, 2011, 6:14 PM ET) -- The Ninth Circuit on Friday upheld a ruling that Sony Computer Entertainment America Inc.'s popular video game “God of War” did not infringe copyrights held by a pair of screenwriters whose works also tell the tale of a heroic quest set in motion by the Greek gods.
