Law360, New York (July 29, 2011, 8:25 PM ET) -- A Missouri photographer sued A&E Television Networks LLC in federal court Friday, accusing its Lifetime channel of posting her pictures of a “Project Runway” contestant on its website to promote the fashion design reality show.
Marcie Cobbaert says that Lifetime put four pictures of contestant Laura Kathleen Planck on its website, placing a stamp in the lower right-hand corner of the photos that indicate they belong to Lifetime.
