Law360, New York (August 04, 2011, 5:57 PM ET) -- Oracle Corp. filed suit Tuesday in Delaware federal court against patent-holding company Oasis Research LLC, seeking a declaratory judgment that it is not infringing six cloud computing patents.
The suit comes after Oasis had sent a letter to Oracle accusing the Redwood Shores, Calif.-based computer technology company of infringing the patents through cloud computing products Oracle on Demand and Oracle CRM on Demand, according to the complaint.
Oracle seeks a declaration of noninfringement and a declaration of invalidity of the patents, according to the complaint....
