Law360, New York (August 05, 2011, 12:02 PM ET) -- The makers of a sexual enhancement spray called Die Hard on Thursday settled a trademark and unfair competition suit filed in Illinois federal court by Sears Roebuck & Co., which uses the same name to market its batteries.
Sears and RockHard Laboratories LLC filed a joint stipulation of dismissal notifying the Northern District of Illinois of the settlement, which includes a permanent injunction.
