Law360, New York (August 15, 2011, 6:25 PM ET) -- Fashion beauty photographer Akos Simon took aim at cosmetics retailer Sephora USA Inc. on Friday in New York federal court with a copyright infringement suit alleging two recent product campaigns were copied from his photos.
Simon's complaint names Sephora, photographers Sarah Silver and David McIntyre, and cosmetics manufacturer Tokidoki LLC as defendants.
