Zynga Tries To Kick 'FarmVille' Copyright Suit

Law360, New York (August 25, 2011, 4:50 PM ET) -- Social network game developer Zynga Inc. is seeking to quash fellow game company SocialApps LLC's trade secrets and copyright suit over Zynga's "FarmVille" game, alleging its rival brought the suit in the wrong venue and that the case lacks a basis in fact.
