Law360, Los Angeles (September 29, 2011, 3:43 PM ET) -- Bayer HealthCare AG unit Intendis Inc. on Wednesday settled a lawsuit accusing River’s Edge Pharmaceuticals LLC of issuing false statements about a prescription acne medication and inaccurately passing it off as a generic version of the plaintiff's competing treatment.
Intendis and River’s Edge filed a proposed stipulation of dismissal without prejudice Wednesday and U.S. District Deborah K. Chasanow signed the order, ending the litigation in Maryland federal court.
Terms of the settlement were not immediately available.
