Law360, New York (September 28, 2011, 10:56 PM ET) -- A Texas federal judge on Wednesday added $10.3 million to a $63.8 million infringement verdict against Cisco Systems Inc. over a wireless networking patent owned by Commil USA LLC, refusing Cisco's request for a new trial.
U.S. Magistrate Judge Charles Everingham IV said there was no evidence that warranted overturning the jury's infringement verdict or its damages award, which was reached in April and finalized in May.
