Law360, New York (June 26, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- A protracted legal battle between Blockbuster Inc. and Netflix Inc. over patents covering Netflix's popular “wish list” and “no late fees” features has slowed to a halt, with the judge dismissing the action with prejudice at the behest of the rival movie rental companies.
